AVV Overnight Advocate

Job Description: The Overnight Advocate will provide evening advocacy and on-call services to victims of crime as well as assume responsibilities of the Safe Dwelling.

Responsibilities:Work on-site at the Safe Dwelling a minimum of 3 hours per evening and assume  on-call duties for the remainder of the shift. Typical hours are 4:30 pm to 8:00 am the following day. Perform advocacy services to victims of crime, plan and implement educational support groups, monitor and assist in maintenance of the Safe Dwelling, attend weekly AVV staff meetings. Qualifications: A Bachelors or Associate Degree in Human Services or a related field. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Background check required.

Substitute Teachers
Learning Adventure Child Care Center seeking is qualified candidates for substitute teaching positions.  Hours are part time and vary each week depending on the center’s need.  Hours of availability preferred between 6am-5:30pm Mon.-Fri., however we can be flexible around your schedule.  Minimum qualifications are a high school diploma with child-related experience preferred.
