Aid to Victims of Violence is a free, confidential program that provides comprehensive services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and other crimes. We are here to help – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! [more information..]

Health & Fitness programs empower people of all ages through social, cultural, physiological and recreational experiences. Serving members and non-members in a wide range of fitness activities, from aerobics and aquatics, to indoor cycling and karate, and everything in between. Our fitness facilities include a women’s only weight room with cardiovascular machines, a four lane heated indoor pool, as well as a fitness room, and gymnasium. [more information..]

Model Moms is a free parenting program that provides support and companionship to moms of all ages providing a holistic approach to parenting. Moms meet every Thursday for two hours where they exercise, cook healthy meals, support each other and listen to selected educators on relevant topics promoting healthy parenting. [more information..]
