The YWCA Board of Directors has recently revised its bylaws, last amended in 2007. The bylaws revisions are in accordance with current NYS not-for-profit laws and recommendations from the YWCA USA. Please see the 2007 bylaws along with a draft of proposed new bylaws approved by the Board of Directors on March 12, 2018. To finalize these amended bylaws, we need a vote by the membership, according to Article XVI of the 2007 Bylaws.
