Whether it’s training for a marathon, losing weight, or maintaining good health, our certified personal trainers will work with you to create an effective fitness plan. 

Right now, when you sign up for 10 one-on-one personal training sessions, you will receive a Fit Pass redeemable for 10 additional Group X classes, Water Exercise Classes, Weight Room time, or a mixture of all three!

Schedule: Work with your trainer to find a day and time that works best for your schedule.

Pricing: Members:  1 session: $38, 3 sessions: $105, 5 sessions: $160, 10 sessions: $300, 20 sessions: $550.
