Senior Strength training class will be held Thursdays at 12:00 pm February 4th – February 25th.

Learn the basics of strength training under the guidance of a certified trainer in this 4 week class.  Class includes  a weight circuit workout, and cardio conditioning on treadmills, ellipticals or bikes.

Strength training is good for everyone, but especially beneficial for seniors! This class is suitable for any fitness level.

If you have thought about trying strength training, but feel intimidated by the weight room, this class is for you!
