With each new season, YWCA Cortland Health and Fitness offers specialty classes that differ from our usual programming. Typically there are two-three classes per session. Personal Safety Pro-Active Self-Defense

Students ages 13+ will learn from a certified self-defense instructor through Empower Training Systems (ETM) how to identify, avoid and retreat from dangerous situations. See our schedule for

Line Dancing

Learn a variety of dances with instructor Steve Hatfield.  Line Dancing is a repeated series of steps that are performed in unison.  All levels are welcome!
