Weight Training

Our Co-Ed weight room features a Hoist strength circuit and Power Cage, free weights, and 15 stations of Precor cardio equipment for the total workout experience. New members meet with a trainer who will design a program that works best for them.

Personal Training

Get fit and stay motivated with a personal training session in the YWCA weight room. Our certified trainers will work with you to achieve the results you desire.


1 session: $38, 3 sessions:

$105, 5 sessions: $160, 10 sessions: $300, 20 sessions: $550.
