Weight Training

Our Co-Ed weight room features a Hoist strength circuit and Power Cage, free weights, and 15 stations of Precor cardio equipment, providing a comprehensive workout experience. Adults who are familiar with and feel safe using weight room equipment do not need an initial first appointment. New members can meet with a trainer who will design a personalized program tailored to their needs.

Personal Training

Get fit and stay motivated with a personal training session in the YWCA weight room. Our certified trainers will work with you to achieve the results you desire.

Pricing:

1 session: $38, 3 sessions:

$105, 5 sessions: $160, 10 sessions: $300, 20 sessions: $550.
