It is for all levels and allows you to work on balance, agility, reflexes, and hand-eye coordination while enjoying some friendly competition!<\/p>\n<p>YWCA Cortland will run a four-week workshop for beginners ages 18+ with instructor Pam Kavalesky, a pickleball enthusiast with over nine years of experience. The workshop will teach students the playing area, equipment, and skills, along with general rules such as serving and sequence, scoring, faults, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meets:<\/strong>\u00a0Thursday, 4:30 pm \u2013 6:30 pm (one hour of instruction and one hour of play)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Session Dates:<\/strong> March 21 &#8211; April 11<\/p>\n<p><strong>Registration: <\/strong>Through Monday, March 18<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pricing:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Members: $50 \/ Non-Members: $60<\/p>\n<p>After the session ends, come for Open Pickleball for beginners every Thursday from 4:30- 6:30. A limited number of paddles will be available.
