Kimmy will discuss the importance of preparing a &#8220;death binder&#8221; and important things your family will need to know once you are gone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>September 18 \/ Tai Chi<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">On Wednesday, September 18, join us for a free lunch and a discussion about Tai Chi with instructor Mike Kniffin. Mike will be instructing a course being held right here at the YWCA in the fall. <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/cortlandywca.org\/index.php\/tai-chi-coming-to-the-ywca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to learn more about the upcoming Tai Chi class.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For both programs, lunch will be at noon, with the presentation to follow. After the presentation, stick around to socialize with other attendees through cards, games, and conversation. Social Seniors meet every Wednesday from 12 to 2 pm, making it an ideal opportunity to meet new people and make new friends.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Space for the programs is very limited, and registration opens on Wednesday, August 23.
