Adventure awaits at the YWCA!<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n

Registration opens in April for our 2025 Summer Camp program: Community, Adventure, Memories, and Play.<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Running from June 30 to August 22, our summer camp is an eight-week program located at the YWCA. With many planned activities to fill the days, your child can explore new interests and make lasting memories with friends. We’ve been able to increase our licensing capacity this summer, offering more families and children a safe recreational experience at our main facility.<\/span><\/p>\n

Campers will\u00a0 build community, go on adventures, make memories and play all summer long! <\/span>This year, our campers will explore all of the local resources and treasures right here in our Cortland community like the library, the fire station, local parks, Splat Sumthin’, and more. Counselors will lead the campers in scavenger hunts, mystery solving games, and get them involved in performing arts and we’ll welcome a magician and Dan the Snake Man. Campers will also get to take two bus trips this summer to visit Chenango Valley State Park and Filmore Glen.<\/span><\/p>\n

We can’t wait to build long-lasting friendships and create lifelong memories using imagination and play!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Enrollment Information: <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

This year we’ll be splitting up registration to ensure a seamless experience for both your families and our staff.<\/span><\/p>\n

Full-time enrollment:<\/strong> Opens Monday, April 7, 2025. Minimum requirement to enroll full-time is 4-5 days of care per week for 6+ weeks.<\/span><\/p>\n

Part-time enrollment:<\/strong> Opens Monday, April 14, 2025. Minimum requirement to enroll part-time is 3-5 days of care per week for 2-5 weeks.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Please note, that full-time enrollment receives priority and we do accept daycare subsidy and Workforce Development Scholarship<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

To enroll, visit the YWCA at 14 Clayton Ave in Cortland and register in person. Our staff will happily answer any questions and help you complete the enrollment process.<\/span><\/p>\n

Be sure to mark your calendars and reserve your child\u2019s spot as soon as possible. Spaces will fill up quickly!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
