Chair Yoga might be just what you need! This accessible class is designed for every body, offering a supportive and inclusive way to enjoy the many benefits of yoga\u2014no need to get down on the mat!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"323\" data-end=\"586\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Led by experienced yoga teacher Jill Pace, the class begins with a calming seated warm-up, followed by 20 to 30 minutes of gentle standing postures using a chair for balance and support. You&#8217;ll finish with a relaxing seated cool down to ground both body and mind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"588\" data-end=\"802\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Whether you&#8217;re new to yoga or looking for a safe and comfortable way to stay active, Chair Yoga is a great way to enhance balance, increase your range of motion, and reduce stress\u2014all while moving at your own pace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"588\" data-end=\"802\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ready to feel good in your body and mind?
