Before your campers set off on their adventure, let’s make sure they\u2019re packed and prepped with all the right gear.<\/span><\/p>\n

Daily YWCA Camp Checklist<\/span><\/h3>\n

Every camper should come to camp each day ready for action. That means packing the following daily essentials<\/strong>, all clearly labeled with their first and last name.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Backpack<\/strong> – For carrying all camp treasures and everything they need throughout the day.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Water bottle <\/strong>– Staying hydrated is key for summer fun!<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Sneakers <\/strong>– For running, jumping, and exploring.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Swimsuit<\/strong> – What’s camp without a splash in the YWCA pool?<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Water shoes <\/strong>– Strongly recommended for walking to and from the pool area. Let’s keep those sneakers dry!<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Towel<\/strong> – For drying off after pool-time or water games.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Extra clothing <\/strong>– Accidents, spills, and crafts happen\u2014an extra outfit is always a good idea.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Snacks or lunch<\/strong> – Optional! We provide snacks and lunch, but if your child is a picky eater, feel free to send peanut-free food from home.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Label Like a Pro<\/span><\/h3>\n

    We can\u2019t stress this enough: label everything!<\/strong>\u00a0First name, last name\u2014on every<\/em> item. It\u2019s the easiest way to make sure their belongings come back home with them every day.<\/span><\/p>\n
