If funds are not released as planned, we could see negative impacts on our LEAPS-funded after-school programming at Cortland schools.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We know #afterschoolworks to protect young people! Nearly 9 in 10 voters say programs give parents peace of mind, prevent risky behaviors, and help kids develop communication and social skills.
