Jayne creates a hip, inclusive space for everyone. Whether you are new to mindfulness meditation or have a daily practice already, Jayne will welcome you and support you along your path. You are welcome here.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"756\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">What to Expect<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"1003\">\n<li data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"797\">\n<p data-start=\"760\" data-end=\"797\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"760\" data-end=\"770\">Dates:<\/strong> Mondays, March 23 \u2013 June 29, 2026<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"798\" data-end=\"927\">\n<p data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"927\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"809\">Time:<\/strong> 7:00 \u2013 7:30 am (Zoom room open between 7:00\u20138:00 am to allow space to arrive mindfully, ask questions, and reflect)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"928\" data-end=\"984\">\n<p data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"984\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"941\">Format:<\/strong> Weekly 30-minute guided sessions on Zoom<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"985\" data-end=\"1003\">\n<p data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"1003\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"996\">Cost:<\/strong> FREE.
