Participants will learn how to safely and effectively use strength and cardio machines for a total body workout\u2014all under the guidance of certified personal trainer and aerobic fitness instructor Laurie Greene.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Designed for adults and held during the lunch hour in our weight room, this class makes it easy to fit fitness into your busy schedule. Whether you\u2019re brand new to weight training or looking to refresh your routine, you\u2019ll gain proper technique, increased muscle tone, stronger bones, and the confidence to navigate the weight room on your own.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1116\" data-end=\"1311\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"1116\" data-end=\"1134\">Session Date &amp; Time:<\/strong> April 7\u201330, 2026.
