We\u2019d like to hear from members of our community so we can continue to address and meet community needs as we\u2019ve done since 1914.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve identified five priority areas to focus on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Development and fundraising focused on our mission<\/li>\n<li>Anti-racism<\/li>\n<li>Financial viability<\/li>\n<li>Women\u2019s empowerment<\/li>\n<li>Staff retention and wellbeing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For each of these priority areas, we\u2019d like to hear your thoughts on the following questions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What does YWCA Cortland do well in this area?<\/li>\n<li>At its absolute best, what would this look like at the YWCA Cortland?<\/li>\n<li>What indicators, data, or other evidence would show YWCA Cortland had reached a level of excellence in this area?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sunycortland.formstack.com\/forms\/ywcasp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/sunycortland.formstack.com\/forms\/ywcasp\">Please fill out the YWCA Strategic Planning Survey today.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Please note that when you click on the link, it takes you to a SUNY Cortland platform.
