Foster growth and development in children with engaging and fun experiences all summer long.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\"> <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/cortlandywca.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG_2760.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8667 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/cortlandywca.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG_2760.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"255\" height=\"340\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Job Description:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b><i>Schedule:<\/i><\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monday through Friday, June 26th through Friday, August 25th.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b><i>Responsibilities: <\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Full-time counselors work a 9-hour day with a lunch break, and part-time counselors work 4 to 5 hours. Counselors supervise a group of 10-20 children\u00a0 (groups of more than ten will have a second counselor). Counselors must maintain a safe and healthy environment and implement recreational activities for children ages five to 12.
