Homer Rec Swim | Level 3

The following skills will be taught during Level 3.

Swimmers will coordinate rhythmic breathing, coordinating front and backcrawl, elementary backstroke, breaststroke, and sidestroke. Diving from a sitting and kneeling position will be taught.

Swimmers must pass all skills to move to the next level.
