New Monthly Support Group for Survivors of Domestic Violence

Our Aid to Victims of Violence program is offering a safe and welcoming space for any survivors of domestic violence to connect, heal, and grow. People of all genders can attend.

When: Beginning September 15, 5-6 PM on the third Monday of each month

Where: Osborn Room, YWCA Cortland

Led by advocates and built on peer-to-peer connection, these sessions focus on education, validation, safety planning, and empowerment. Attendance is not mandatory, no need to register—come when you need support, and know you’re not alone.

This group is a judgment-free zone where survivors can share their stories and feel understood by others who have walked a similar path.
