FREE Mindful Meditation 15-Week Series for YWCA Members
*Original publication date: February 11, 2025*
At YWCA Cortland, we know that wellness is more than movement—it’s also about caring for your mind.
Made possible by a grant from the Trust for the Meditation Process, a charitable foundation encouraging meditation, mindfulness and contemplative prayer, we are excited to offer a FREE 15-week Mindfulness Meditation Program for our YWCA Wellness community.
Beginning March 23, 2026, participants will gather weekly on Zoom with facilitator Jayne MacManus, to explore the foundations of mindfulness through three core pillars: Awareness, Attention, and Attitude.
Jayne MacManus of Jayne MacManus Wellness & Consulting, is a certified RYT200 and Meditation Teacher, with over 20 years of experience. Jayne creates a hip, inclusive space for everyone. Whether you are new to mindfulness meditation or have a daily practice already, Jayne will welcome you and support you along your path. You are welcome here.
