Taught by Jill Pace, RYT 500, this accessible class is designed for every body, offering a supportive and inclusive way to enjoy the many benefits of yoga – no need to get down on the mat! The class begins with a calming seated warm-up, followed by 20 to 30 minutes of gentle standing postures using a chair for balance and support. You’ll finish with a relaxing seated cool down to ground both body and mind.

Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a safe and comfortable way to stay active, chair yoga is a great way to enhance balance, increase your range of motion, and reduce stress, all while moving at your own pace.
