2023 Shutdown Week Hours

August 28 – September 1

  • Front Desk Hours: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm (M-F)
  • Co-ed Weight Room: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm (M-F)
  • No water or group exercise classes

Aid to Victims of Violence will be open for regular business hours from 8 am- 5 pm. If you need AVV services in the afternoon, please call the hotline at (607) 756-6363 so we know to expect you.

Saturday hours will resume on Saturday, September 9.

Labor Day Hours

We will be fully closed for Labor Day on Monday, September 4, and resume normal operations on Tuesday, September 5.
