As the rollout of our new online member and participant management system, Daxko, continues, we wanted to let you know that we are “turning on” two agreements in the system today, Thursday, July 30, at 3:30 pm.

These two agreements, a Code of Conduct and an Assumption of Risk and Liability, strengthen YWCA Cortland’s ability to provide a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members, staff, volunteers, program participants, and guests.

Once we turn them on, the system will prompt you, when you are logged in, to review, accept, and sign the agreements before you can continue with registering for programs online or scanning in at the front desk.

Front desk staff can help if you have any questions about how to accept and sign the agreements. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we move towards full implementation of the Daxko system.

As a reminder, you can now update your profile in Daxko!

To update your profile and contact and other information, please follow the steps below.

  1. Visit ly/ywca-cortland-online-account-management, where you can search for your account online.
  2. Enter an email address or phone number to search for your account and create your password.
  3. Start updating your information after your profile screen appears, following the successful creation of your password. Don’t be alarmed if your profile shows you are 116 years old! This just means we didn’t have your birthdate in our previous membership management system 😉
  4. Get a digital copy of your membership Barcode to scan at our front desk.
  5. Stay tuned for future updates when online registration capabilities go live!
