Shutdown Hours

During our Annual Shutdown during the last week of August, all programming and classes are canceled, but people may come in to use the weight rooms.

Aid to Victims of Violence services will be available by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please call our 24/7 Hotline at (607) 756-6363.

Labor Day Hours

We will be fully closed on Monday, September 2, for Labor Day and will resume normal operations on Tuesday, September 3.
