Amara Potts has been with HWG for the past 5 years. She has worked as a day care teacher, assistant and substitute teacher all while working on her college degree. Amara works in all of our classrooms and because she knows all of our kiddos she provides us with lots of consistency. Her energy lifts our classrooms up. Super power-Flexible!!

 

Shirley Roy has been part of the YWCA child care program for the past 13 years. Most of her time has been at the Learning Adventure site before joining us at HWG. Shirley is our Kitchen Coordinator, in other words she feeds us!! Shirley is kind, loving and is always willing to lend a hand. Super power-A kind heart!

 

Alyssa Mason has been with HWG in many different capacities of the past 2 years. She took a break to have her daughter who now attends child care in our infant room. Alyssa has been a Toddler Teacher, Classroom Substitute Teacher, and her most current role is a 1:1Aide. Alyssa brings a supportive and understanding presence to the classroom. Super power-calmness!!
