Dance Fit Pop-Ups in October

This high-energy cardio dance workout blends easy-to-follow choreography with upbeat music from around the world. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned dancer, this class is designed to make fitness fun while improving your endurance, coordination, and overall strength.
