Join the YWCA’s brand-new Indoor Walking Challenge, starting Tuesday, September 2!

This challenge is a great way to get your steps in, stay accountable, and connect with others in a climate-controlled environment, on stable ground, all year long! Participants are encouraged to set personal goals and track their progress while enjoying the benefits of low-impact movement.

All fitness levels are welcome. Just bring your walking shoes and your motivation—we’ll provide the space and support.

Location: YWCA Gymnasium
When: Starting Tuesday, September 2, Monday-Friday from 11:00-12:00 pm
