Before the summer starts, prepare your child to be a star babysitter! This four-hour course is designed primarily for youth ages 11+ and will prepare students to be confident, well-rounded babysitters.
Participants will learn:
- How to provide care for infants and children
- How to stay safe
- What to do in an emergency
- How to choose age-appropriate activities
- How to identify and handle a variety of children’s behaviors
- The basics of starting a babysitting business
Six interactive modules feature videos, activities, games, and a final exam to measure proficiency. Students who successfully complete the course will receive a printable certificate.
The course costs $65 and includes a babysitting “to-go” bag that is ready to use.
