Looking for a gentle way to improve your strength, flexibility, and mindfulness? Chair Yoga might be just what you need! This accessible class is designed for every body, offering a supportive and inclusive way to enjoy the many benefits of yoga—no need to get down on the mat!

Led by experienced yoga teacher Jill Pace, the class begins with a calming seated warm-up, followed by 20 to 30 minutes of gentle standing postures using a chair for balance and support. You’ll finish with a relaxing seated cool down to ground both body and mind.

Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a safe and comfortable way to stay active, Chair Yoga is a great way to enhance balance, increase your range of motion, and reduce stress—all while moving at your own pace.

When: Fridays from 11:30 – 12:30 pm, June 6 – June 27. This is four-week trial period! We are hoping to be able to add it to the weekly Group Exercise and Wellness schedule indefinitely.
