Intro to Tai Chi Series Starts 11/3
*Original publication date: October 10, 2025*
Step into calm and connect with others through the gentle, mindful movements of Tai Chi. In this welcoming six-class series, instructor Mike Kniffin guides students through a flow of postures designed to support overall health, balance, and stress reduction.
Mike’s thoughtful approach includes demonstrations and visual aids that make learning accessible and enjoyable for everyone — whether you’re brand new to Tai Chi or simply looking for a slower, more grounded practice. You’ll leave each class feeling centered, relaxed, and confident in taking what you’ve learned home with you.
At the end of the series, students are invited to continue their journey in Part 2 of this series (details below) or joining the YWCA Cortland Tai Chi Community, where practice and friendship grow together.
