Make a splash with our new Water Waves class!

Looking to boost your fitness with a refreshing full-body workout? Join us for Water Waves, a new water aerobics class designed to strengthen and tone your body while keeping exercise fun and low-impact.

Led by Betsy Farrell-Messenger, a trained and certified aquatic instructor, this class offers a medium-intensity, 30-minute aerobic workout to music, followed by muscle toning and a relaxing stretch. Exercises are performed in both the shallow and deep ends—perfect for improving endurance, flexibility, and total-body strength.

When: Tuesdays from 10:30 – 11:30 am
