The YWCA parking lot may experience congestion all day Friday, November 14 and the morning of Monday, November 17 due to the City of Cortland closing the Main Street Parking Lot for Cortaca weekend activities. The City will not be enforcing parking permit requirements in other City parking lots for the weekend, but it will ticket cars parked on Main Street overnight.
