Swim
Lessons: Swim lessons meet once a week for a six-week session. Choose from Monday, Wednesday, or Saturday Classes. ½ hr. classes: $42-members/$54-non-members.
Session 1: Registration, Friday, August 19-September 10. Classes, September 10-October 22
Session 2: Registration, Friday, October 14-November 5. Classes, November 5-December 17.
No classes on November 26.
Private Swim Lessons: All private lessons are half-hour and run in a six-week swim lesson session. Private lessons are available on Monday and Wednesday, 4:00-4:30 pm, 4:30-5:00 pm, and 6:30-7:00 pm.
Six-week session: $72-members/$84 for non-members. Private lessons follow the swim lesson schedule.
Family Swim: Family Swim meets on Monday and Wednesday, 7:00-8:00 pm, and Saturday, 11:30-12:30 pm.
Single pass $5-members/$7-non-members.
Families of 5 and over, pay 5 members ($25) or non-members ($35) only.
Gym
Gymnastics: Fall gymnastic classes will meet on Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday. There will be one session of gymnastics. Registration for Monday and Tuesday gymnastic classes will begin on Friday, August 19-September 19. The session will run, from September 19-October 25 (six weeks.) Registration for Saturday gymnastic classes begins Friday, October 7. The session will run, from October 29-November 19 (four weeks.)
Pixie Gym: For parents and their toddlers, (ages 1-2.) Tuesday, 9:30-10:15 am Saturday, 9:00-9:45 am.
Pre-school Gymnastics I: For parents & children ages 2-4. A great introductory class to pre-school gymnastics. Parents learn spotting and coaching techniques while taking their children through tumbling, beam, and vaulting skills. Games involving gross motor skills will also be played. Saturday, 10:00-10:45 am.
Pre-school Gymnastics- A gymnastic class for ages 3-5. Monday, 5:00-5:45 pm, and Saturday, 11:00-11:45 am.
Beginner Gymnastics- For children ages 5-10. Monday, 6:00-7:00 pm
45 min. classes: Monday and Tuesday classes: $48 members/$60 for non-members
Saturday classes: $32/members/$40-non-members
Beginner classes: $60/members/$72-non-members
Open Gym: Open gym time is on Tuesday, 5:00-7:00 pm. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. Open gym time must be reserved. Email Meryl (meryl@cortlandywca.org) or call 607-753-9651.

Recreation
Personal Training: Get fit and stay motivated with a personal training session in the YWCA weight room. Our certified trainers will work with you to achieve the results you desire. Nutrition Coaching: Meet one on one with a certified fitness specialist. 1-session • $35 3-sessions $100
Pickleball: Pickleball times include, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00-11:00 am, Tuesday, 5:00-7:00 pm, and Wednesday, 4:30-6:30 pm. We also have pickleball on Saturday, 9:00-11:00 am.*
Single passes: $7-member/$9-non-member ● 10 Visit Pickleball Punch Pass: $50-member/$75-non-member
*Pickleball will be canceled during scheduled gymnastic classes. The first gymnastic session is Monday, September 19-October 23. Saturday pickleball will run until October 22 and will resume December 3-17.
Mindset Monday: A four-week group session, one-hour each. Includes group meditation, breath-work, and discussion. Classes meet from 6:30-7:30 pm. Registration begins September 24. The session will run on October 17, 24, and November 7 & 14. Reset, refresh, and renew the mind at the beginning of each week.
