Looking for a form of exercise that has been known to improve balance, reduce stress and produce an overall feeling of wellbeing? Try out Tai Chi at YWCA!
We welcome new members to the noon Tuesday and Thursday class session that ends on March 12. You can pay for the remaining session or pay for each class.
