YWCA Seeks to Hire Operations Manager
Position: Operations Manager
Status: Full-Time
Job Description:
The Operation Manger is an integral position within our company. This position requires critical thinking and problem solving. This position will provide administrative support to senior staff members including four core program areas with physical properties to include one main campus, one off-site child care center, one offsite safe dwelling and one offsite permanent supportive housing residence. Considered candidates will be organized, provide excellent customer service, and able to work within a small team.
Qualifications:
Associates degree required; additional degrees or certifications are a plus. At least 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience.
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in an office setting. Front line office conditions, heavy work load at times. Works in view of the public, noisy at times, with numerous interruptions.
