Residential Case Manager

Job Description:

The Residential Case Advocate coordinates services for incoming clients, determines eligibility and services needed; provides advocacy and assistance; assumes responsibilities for the safe dwelling, alternate housing, and the people who are receiving residential services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred; Associates Degree in Human Resources or related with 1-year experience is acceptable
