Join us for Social Seniors on Wednesday, February 5, for a free lunch and informative discussion on the “10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer’s” presented by Stephanie D’Amico of the Alzheimer’s Association. Learn the difference between normal aging and Alzheimer’s, the common warning signs to look out for, and the importance of early detection.

Lunch will be served at noon. The presentation will follow at 12:30 pm. Afterward, socialize with other attendees through cards, games, and conversation. Social Seniors meet every Wednesday from 12 to 2 p.m., making it an ideal opportunity to meet new people and make new friends.

Space is very limited, and registration is now open. If you’d like to sign up to bring a dish for lunch or reserve your spot, stop by YWCA Cortland or call us at (607) 753-9651.
