In 2024, unite your mind, body, and spirit at the YWCA

Starting at the end of January, the YWCA will begin two new yoga classes included in our fitness membership and will bring back community favorite, Chair Yoga, for a six-week session. Instructor Brenna Marie Ricci has over 20 years of experience studying and instructing yoga. She creates a safe and nurturing space for all her students.

Set aside time to nurture yourself physically and mentally in the new year.
