Childbirth Education at YWCA Cortland: Centering You in Your Birth Experience
Preparing for childbirth isn’t just about learning what to expect — it’s about finding clarity, building confidence, and feeling empowered to make the choices that are right for you.
Join Holly Smith, a seasoned Childbirth Educator, Postpartum Doula, Birth Doula, and Certified Lactation Counselor, in this class at the YWCA that goes beyond the basics to offer deep, meaningful preparation for your birthing journey.
What Makes This Program Unique?
This class centers you — your voice, your values, and your beliefs. We believe the person giving birth is the expert of their own body and experience. You’ll be supported in making informed, thoughtful decisions that honor your individual needs.
When: Tuesday evenings, September 2 – 23, 5:15-6:15 pm
Where: YWCA Cortland
Pre-registration rate: $100 for whole session solo / $160 for whole session with partner / $25 per single class solo / $40 per single class with partner
Drop-in rate: $35 per adult per class
Registration period: July 25 – August 22
