YWCA Cortland’s Health & Fitness program continues its phased reopening on Monday, September 14, following guidelines from Governor Cuomo’s New York Forward Plan.

On the 14th, group exercise classes will move inside with a new fall schedule:

Mon, 9:00-10:00 a.m., Cardio Pump
Wed, 9:00-10:00 a.m., Kickboxing or Step
Mon/Wed/Fri, 10:30-11:30 a.m., Boomer Nation
Tue/Thu, 10:30-11:30 a.m., Silver Sneakers

Class sizes are limited to ensure compliance with New York State’s extensive guidelines for gyms and fitness centers. Please call 607-753-9651 to reserve your spot in your favorite class.

The co-ed weight room remains open Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., with limited capacity. Call to reserve your workout time.

Note that the New York State Department of Health requires face coverings for all fitness activities at all times. YWCA Cortland will be adhering to this policy for the safety and health of our members and staff, and to avoid fines and/or possible shutdowns for violations. We appreciate your compliance.
