Build Strength, Confidence & Health This Spring 

If you’ve been wanting to feel stronger and boost your energy, our Weight Training Program is the perfect place to start.

This structured 4-week program combines strength training and cardio in a supportive, small-group setting. Participants will learn how to safely and effectively use strength and cardio machines for a total body workout—all under the guidance of certified personal trainer and aerobic fitness instructor Laurie Greene.

Designed for adults and held during the lunch hour in our weight room, this class makes it easy to fit fitness into your busy schedule. Whether you’re brand new to weight training or looking to refresh your routine, you’ll gain proper technique, increased muscle tone, stronger bones, and the confidence to navigate the weight room on your own.

Session Date & Time: April 7–30, 2026. Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00–1:00 pm. 

Registration: Opens March 2
