Health and Fitness evening classes
Cardio Pump:
Muscle conditioning exercises for the entire body that can be adapted to any fitness level.
Monday and Wednesdays, 5:15-6:15 pm
Splash:
A high-energy water exercise class that consists of 30 to 35 minutes of aerobics followed by toning exercises and full-body conditioning, done in shallow and/or deep water.
Tuesday and Thursday, 5-6 pm
Joint Venture:
Improve muscle strength, endurance, balance, and coordination in this class that follows the Arthritis Foundation Guidelines.
Thursday, 6-7 pm
