Proactive Self Defense (For ages 13+)
Students will learn how to identify, avoid and retreat from dangerous situations.
Classes will be held on Thursdays, 4:30-5:30 pm, over a four-week session, January 27-February 17.
Registration begins January 3.
Healthy Me Nutrition
Learn what foods to eat to reach your health goals in a simple, sensible, affordable way.
Classes will be held Thursdays, 5:30-6:30 pm, over a four-week session, January 27-February 17.
Registration begins January 3.
Children’s Gymnastics
Pixie Gym (for parents and children ages 1-2)
Develop basic motor skills and introduce rhythm and gymnastics, with games and an emphasis on fun!
Tuesday, 9:30-10:15 am
Preschool Gymnastics (For ages 3-4)
Develop skills in tumbling, vault, and beam through fun, engaging activities.
Monday, 5:00- 5:45 pm
Beginner Gymnastics (For ages 5-10)
Develop skills in tumbling, vault, and beam with a focus on improving balance, coordination, and strength.
Monday, 6:00- 7:00 pm
*Registration for the above programs will take place from Dec. 27 through Jan. 10*
Swim Lessons
Swim lessons will meet once a week over six weeks.
January Swim Lesson Session: January 24- March 12
Registration period: January 10- January 24
