Start your day with a flow-based yoga class designed to energize your body and calm your mind! This morning flow for beginner and intermediate yoga students, emphasizes coordinating breath with movement, strengthening the core, improving flexibility, and enhancing balance. Instructors Brenna Ricci and Jill Pace will explore foundational postures and breathing techniques with a focus on alignment and mindfulness.

When: September 8 – October 1, Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:30 – 8:30 am
