This gentle, passive form of yoga is the perfect way to melt away stress and reconnect with yourself in a supportive environment.

Unlike more dynamic yoga styles, Restorative Yoga emphasizes relaxation and comfort. Expect longer-held poses, each designed to soothe your body and mind, while supported by props like blocks and bolsters. These tools make the practice accessible and nurturing, no matter your fitness level.

To participate in this class, you must have a land fitness package or a 10-punch pass.
