Join instructor Brenna Ricci for Mindfulness Meditation, an eight-week series designed to help you cultivate calm, self-awareness, and compassion.
Through guided meditation and mindful movement, you’ll learn practical tools to bring balance to your life. A key part of this class is the 30-minute body scan—a practice backed by research to rewire brain pathways, reduce stress, and enhance self-compassion.
When: Tuesdays, January 7 – February 25, 6:30–7:00 pm
Cost: $40 for the entire 8-week session.
