Tai Chi for Life Coming to the Weekly Wellness Schedule

Join instructor Betsy Messenger for a new weekly wellness offering, Tai Chi for Life! This Sun-style Tai Chi class is designed to be gentle, accessible, and especially beneficial for those with arthritis or anyone seeking better balance and fall prevention.
Regular Tai Chi practice is known to support cardiovascular health, improve balance, and enhance overall well-being. Each week, you’ll build on what you’ve learned, gradually adding new forms through a blend of demonstration, group practice, and the mindful philosophy behind Tai Chi.
