YWCA Cortland is seeking dedicated and qualified individuals to join our team as Lifeguards and WSI Certified Swim Instructors. If you are passionate about aquatic safety and enjoy helping others learn to swim, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Job Details:

  • Position: Lifeguards and WSI Certified Swim Instructors
  • Availability: Morning, afternoon, evening, and Saturday hours
  • Responsibilities for Lifeguards: Pool guarding, chemical readings, headcount, and maintaining a safe pool environment
  • Additional Responsibilities for WSI Certified Swim Instructors: Teaching Red Cross swim lessons on Monday and Wednesday evenings and/or Saturday mornings
  • Lifeguards: $15.25/hr. | WSI Certified Swim Instructors: $15.40/hr.
