Girls Day Out 2022 is presented by CFCU Community Credit Union.

Girls Day Out is a unique day of activities designed to engage, motivate, and empower girls in grades 4-7, including:

• Self-defense training and swimming.
• “Girls Across the Globe” experiential physical activity to learn how girls participate in sports around the world.
• Interactive career fair with women from the Cortland community and surrounding areas.
• Health education lesson focused on building self-confidence building.
• Fun team-building activities like “Minute to Win It.”
• A boxed lunch, snack, and a drawstring bag will be provided.

Where: YWCA Cortland, 14 Clayton Ave., Cortland, NY 13045

What to wear: Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. Bring a bathing suit & towel, and a water bottle. Please leave valuable items at home.

Cost:  $15.00 (Sibling Discount: each additional child per family registered is $10.00 after)

Register: There are 3 ways to register and pay!

• Register and pay online until 3:30 pm on May 20
• Register by returning this form along with payment to YWCA Cortland (please make checks payable to YWCA Cortland)
• Register and pay at the door on the day of the event
