Available Positions:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill the following positions:
- Here We Grow Universal Pre-K Teacher: This year-round, full-time position will lesson plan and implement the program’s Common Core Curriculum, supervise a group of up to 16 children (ages 3 to 5), interact and provide nurturing care, maintain a safe environment while following OCFS regulations, assess each child and provide documentation under UPK guidelines, maintain parent communication, and meet required training mandates.
- Here We Grow Child Care Center Substitutes and Part-Time Aides: This position aids in caring for and supervising infants, toddlers, and preschoolers and assists in implementing daily activities and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- School-Age Administrative Assistant: This position works directly with the program supervisor to ensure the program’s daily operations. This position involves OCFS paperwork completion, covering in ratio am or pm hours before and after school, full day care, communicating with staff and families, and other assigned administrative tasks.
- School-Age Program Leaders: This role will supervise children in the before and after school programs, maintain a safe recreational environment, implement activities, and complete required paperwork in an NYS OCFS licensed program.
